Introduction
Dental Anatomy is a basic science department of the Dental Unit, Rajshahi Medical College. It consists of five teachers: one Associate Professor, one Assistant Professor, and three Lecturers. There are about 60 students in this department. At RMC, this department focuses on the detailed study of the morphology, structure, development and functions of the human dentition and its surrounding oral tissues. Each week, there are four hours of lecture classes and one hour of practical class.
The department contributes significantly to the academic excellence and professional development of future dental surgeons in the region.
