Department of Children Dentristry

Introduction

The Department of Pediatric Dentistry is a specialized branch of dentistry dedicated to the comprehensive oral health care of infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special health care needs. The department focuses on preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental services tailored to the physical and psychological development of children.

It emphasizes preventive programs such as fluoride therapy, pit and fissure sealants, oral health education, behavior management, pulp therapy, and interceptive orthodontics. Activities of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry
